My Story & Why I Lead
I’m Luis Felipe Godínez — journalist, storyteller, and certified leadership coach.
For more than twenty years, I’ve led teams and told stories that reveal the power of truth, empathy, and courage. I’ve seen how clarity can move people — and how connection can transform leadership.
My purpose is simple: to help people see what’s possible within them — and believe it.
Today, I partner with professionals who want to lead with more purpose, confidence, and authenticity. Many are first-generation, identity-conscious, and deeply values-driven — navigating complex spaces while trying to stay true to who they are.
Through coaching and consulting — in English and Spanish — I help them rediscover their voice, strengthen their communication, and lead with presence and purpose.
